What We Collect

When you visit the site:

• Your IP address (automatically logged by our web server)
• Basic browser information (user agent, referrer)
• Which pages you visit and when

When you click on a stream link:

• We log which stream you clicked and when
• This helps us understand which competitions people are interested in

What we DON’T collect:

• We don’t use tracking cookies
• We don’t have user accounts or profiles
• We don’t collect your name, email, or any directly identifying information
• We don’t share your data with advertisers or third parties (except our hosting provider, who needs it to run the servers)

Why We Collect This

• To keep the site running and debug technical problems
• To understand which competitions are popular
• To prevent abuse and spam

How Long We Keep It

We keep server logs for up to 90 days, then delete them. Click data may be kept longer for analytics purposes, but is not tied to you personally.

Your Rights

For EU visitors (GDPR):
You have the right to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Since we only have your IP address and click logs (and no email or account), this is tricky, but we’ll do our best. Contact us at support@wobbler-llc.com.

For California residents (CCPA):
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and request deletion. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Advertising

We don’t currently show ads on this site. If we add advertising in the future (likely just relevant products like VPNs or climbing gear), we’ll update this policy to explain what data advertisers might collect. We won’t sell your personal information to advertisers.

Third Parties

We use Cloudflare to host the site. They have access to server logs as part of providing hosting services. Check their privacy policy for details.

If we add analytics or other services in the future, we’ll update this policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For major changes, we might add a notice on the site.
